The MADE Foundation is offering free UTME Registration Forms to candidates who wish to participate in the 2025 JAMB exercise. According to the sponsor, the aim is to assist Nigerian students who may be unable to purchase this year’s UTME form. He also made the opportunity open to the public as a way of showing his generosity and giving back to the community.
The MADE Foundation Free JAMB form is only available to prospective UTME candidates from Ondo East and West Local Governments.
This form has been made open since December 2024 and the deadline for obtaining and submission of the MADE UTME form has been extended from December 31, 2024 to January 31, 2025. Therefore, if you are yet to submit your form, here is an opportunity to do so.
While the MADE Foundation Media Manager, Oyedele Abiodun was announcing the new deadline for the form submission on his Twitter (X) handle, he said “This is to inform the general public most especially the prospective candidates who have obtained MADE Foundation Free UTME JAMB forms that the final date for the submission of the completed forms is January 31st, 2025 at the MADE Foundation’s office, opposite Olib Petroleum, Oka, Ondo City”.
After the submission, there shall be a screening exercise to enable the foundation to select the best qualified students for the offer. While stating this, the Media Manager stated “This is in order to finalize the screening date and exercise to pick successful candidates at the end of the day. Once again, January 31st, 2025 is the last day of the forms submission. The forms submission date is sacrosanct”.
With this information being dished out, 31 January remains the final date for the submission. Deadline may not be extended further as the foundation is kin on making headway before the commencement of the 2025 JAMB registration.

- Visit MADE Foundation’s office, opposite Olib Petroleum, Oka, Ondo City
- Fill in the form with the correct information
- Ensure to use active contact details (email and phone number)
- Submit to the office.
- Wait for screening and final list of students qualified for the free UTME registration forms.
