NNPC/Total Scholarship 2023/2024 Application Form is out – Total Energies Upstream Nigeria Limited (TUPNI), which runs the OML 130, is looking for qualified Nigerian students to apply for it 2023/2024 NNPC/Total Energies National Merit Scholarship Scheme. This is part of its Corporate Social Responsibility.
The award is for eligible Nigerian students in their first and second years of full-time study. It is open to all full-time first- and second-year students, no matter what they are studying.
The Scholarship Scheme gives successful applicants grants every year until they finish their degree program, whether they are in their first or second year.

Qualification/Requirements for Total Scholarship 2024
- Be a Registered FULL TIME undergraduate in a recognized Nigerian University.
- Be a certified 100 or 200 level student at the time of application
- Show proof of SSCE or Equivalent Certificate.
- Show proof of the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME) score.
- Show proof of Admission letter from the University and Matriculation Number
- Show proof of A-level or Equivalent Certificate (for direct entry students)
Disqualifications
This under this category are not eligible to apply for the NNPC/Total petroleum scholarships:
- Students with less than 200 scores in UTME need not apply
- Students with less than 2.50 CGPA on a 5-point scale or equivalent
- 300 level students and above are not eligible to apply
- Current beneficiaries of similar awards from any other Company or Government Agency need not apply.

- Firstly, visit the NNPC/Total Scholarship Portal
- Tap on Apply for Scholarship
- Select the “Click Here to Register/Login” button. On this page, you need to login to start your application (for those who already created a profile). If you are new applicant, you have to register by entering the required information.
- Enter your personal details to begin your scholarship registration process
- Select the Captcha box to verify you are not a robot
- Click on the Register button
- Verify your email address in your mailbox by going to your inbox and clicking on the verification link sent to you.
- Login to your NNPC/Total Scholarships portal to complete your online application.

Total Scholarship 2024 Deadline
The NNPC/Total Scholarship application form for 2023/24 haven’t been released but the scholarship for last years opened on Thursday, 27th October, 2023 and closed on Saturday, 20th November, 2023
Selection exam will hold on Saturday, 22nd January 2024, at designated centres nationwide. The exam may be postponed and only only shortlisted candidates are eligible to write it.
Note that the 2023/2024 NNPC/Total scholarships application form is not yet available.
NNPC/Total Scholarship 2024 Exam Requirements
The NNPC/Total Energies Scholarship examination will hold on Saturday, 22nd January 2024 by 8:00 am in the various test centres. Shortlisting candidates for the exam is via the email address for your scholarship application.
Here is the requirement to write the NNPC/Total Scholarship examination for 2024
- Your University Student Identity Card (Not a Library Card)
- A printed copy of the invitation letter which was sent to your email
- Writing Materials: Pen, Pencil, Sharpener & Eraser
Instruction: Mobile telephones, calculators and wristwatches are not allowed into the examination venue.
Important Notice
- The candidates will have to pay for their own transportation to and from the place where the test will be given.
- Candidates should choose test centers that are close to them.
- For the selection test, only those who have been chosen will be contacted.
